For our plants we offer a comprehensive PC based software solution for monitoring and control. As the central unit, a so called "BusMaster" machine is supplied for the plant. It's the interface between the plant controller and the machines of the plant operator, control station, staff and other involved persons, who need access to the system. Users can login with their username and password to watch the current plant state as a schematic visualization. If the user is privileged, he can influence plant operation by activating or deactivating automation, adjust parameters, or control the plant by hand. If the BusMaster machine is connected to the internet, the users can also login from all over the world. Furthermore the "BusMaster" machine continuously archives the process flow in a database. Thus users can go back in time using the monitoring software and find out, which state the plant had at a certain point of time.
