Production plant for making biodiesel. Vegetable oils are warmed up to 55 °C inside the preheating tank and mixed together inside the reactor along with methanol and catalyst (NaOH or kOH). After transesterification, glycerin deposit is separated in extra sedimentation tanks. Biodiesel cleaning can be done via water washing or the DryWash system. This biodiesel plant is equiped with a process control, sensors, and pneumatic valves. 1,000 liters oil can be transesterified within 90 minutes.
